简历介绍

  赵新全研究员,博士生导师。1959年11月出生于陕西扶风,1982年8月毕业于西北农学院(西北农林科技大学)畜牧兽医系。历任中国科学院西北高原生物研究所研究室主任、所长、党委书记、研究员,中国科学院成都生物所所长。现任中国科学院三江源国家公园研究院学术院长,中国青藏高原研究会常务理事、可持续发展专业委员会主任,中国草学会常务理事,四川绿色发展促进会会长,国际生物多样性计划委员中国委员会委员,国家濒危物种委员会委员,《草业学报》副主编。

  自参加工作以来,围绕青藏高原三江源区生态保护与草牧业协调发展国家重大需求,系统开展了理论研究、技术创新、模式集成及示范推广,开创了草牧业与草地生态保护协同发展、科学研究与生态保护工程相结合的综合研发体系,支撑了首个国家级草地生态畜牧业试验区、三江源生态保护与建设工程和三江源国家公园建设。以第一完成人获国家科学技术进步二等奖1项、青海省科学技术进步一等奖3项,中国产学研合作促进会产学研合作创新奖1项;参与获得国家科学技术进步一等奖1项(排名11)、二等奖1项(排名6)。发表论文275篇,总引用次数6594次,他引次数5892次,主编专著5部,授权专利9件,制定技术规程19项。培养研究生33人,其中博士23人。
