党军，中国科学院西北高原生物研究所研究员，硕士研究生导师，现任青海省藏药研究重点实验室副主任，中国药学会民族药专业委员会委员，2021~2023在青海省科技厅社会发展科技处挂职副处长，先后入选中国科学院青年创新促进会、青海省“昆仑英才∙高端创新创业人才”拔尖人才和青海省“自然科学与工程技术学科带头人”。主要基于“靶标-配体”特异性的相互作用，建立二者双向识别的协同研究技术平台，开展青藏高原特色生物资源功能成分的精准发现及机制研究。通过自主设计搭建的“靶酶/蛋白在线功能成分色谱识别系统”，高效筛选研究具有特定功能的天然活性分子及天然产物的潜在靶标；同时，综合运用分子生物学（如基因工程、酶工程）、细胞生物学和模式动物验证等，从多层次阐释天然产物靶向关键蛋白干预或治疗疾病的内在分子机制。先后主持和参加包括国家自然科学基金面上项目、新药创制国家科技重大专项子课题、中国科学院人才项目、青海省重大专项等20余项，以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文60篇，以第一发明人授权国家发明专利26件，以第一完成人取得省级科技成果8项。
