魏立新,男,1967年10月生于山西盂县,1991年毕业于中国农业大学生命科学学院,获理学学士学位。2001年获中国科学院研究生院理学博士学位。2004年在德国马普学会生态化学研究所从事访问研究,2010年1月至2011年1月在美国纽约大学药理系做高级访问学者。现任国家药典委员会委员,世界中医药联合会自然疗法专业委员会常务理事,中国民族医药学会常务理事,中国民族医药协会常务理事,青海省藏药药理学与安全性评价研究重点实验室主任,青海省药学会副理事长,青海省药学会中藏药与天然药物专业委员会主任,《世界科学技术—中医药现代化》和《中国中药杂志》编委。

主要从事藏药领域研究,主持制定藏药技术标准70项,其中包括国药准字号药品标准22项,《中国药典》药材标准1项;发表研究论文70余篇,出版专著1部;申请发明专利16项,其中授权6项;鉴定科技成果12项,其中国际领先2项。培养研究生33名,其中硕士26名,博士7名,培养中组部中科院“西部之光”人才2名。2011年获中国科学院王宽诚西部学者突出贡献奖;2011年获得中国科学院“西部之光”优秀学者称号;2012年获得国务院政府特殊津贴。

主持项目情况:2003年以来主持项目20项,总经费约7600万元,其中国家级项目12项,主要包括“十二五”国家科技支撑计划重点项目“民族医特色疗法疗效评价及平台技术研究”,2012至2014年,经费3379万元;国家自然科学基金面上项目“藏药佐太中汞在肠壁跨膜转运中的价态、配位形式及分子行为机制研究”,2014-2017年,经费62万;“十一五”国家科技支撑计划重点项目“民族医药发展关键技术示范研究”,2007至2011年,经费2914万;国家重大科技专项“重大新药创制”课题“藏药君西区域炮制规范示范研究”;国家药典委员会项目“六种藏药材质量标准研究”;科技部专项“国家民族医药发展战略研究”;国家科技支撑计划课题“桑蒂苷胶囊新药研究”;科技部重大基础研究前期专项“药用明胶胶囊对凝血系统影响研究”等。 

研究方向

现主要从事藏药药理与毒理研究,特别是含重金属传统药物的安全性和有效性评价。
